Armed with all the secrets that were revealed by Dr. Vegapunk’s announcements, Luffy and his crewmates will likely go to Elbaf Island next. This famous island, which is home to giants like Broggy and Dory has been mentioned throughout the manga. Since it was disclosed that Shanks might be there, it makes sense for the Straw Hats to visit this island next and uncover more information about the coveted One Piece. Usopp’s Long-Awaited Power Boost
If there is one member of the Straw Hats who has fallen behind in terms of raw strength, it would be Usopp. Although talented, Usopp never really received his deserved power-up and remained a secondary character even in the Wano Country Arc. However, Elbaf has been the place Usopp always wanted to visit, especially after meeting several giants such as Broggy, Dory, and Hajrudin. He would likely meet more powerful characters on the island and be motivated to do better and overcome his cowardly nature. Fans are hoping to see Usopp finally become as great and mighty a pirate as his father Yasopp, something he has strived for all his life.
The Appearance Of Loki
Readers already know about Loki, who is the prince of the country of Elbaf. Since all the giants from the island are exceptionally strong, fans can expect Loki to be even more overwhelmingly powerful. So far, we have only seen the silhouette of the infamous prince. Nico Robin’s past is likely one of the saddest stories in all of One Piece. As a young girl, she saw her home country Ohara, and its inhabitants be destroyed by the World Government. Young Robin only managed to survive thanks to the giant named Saul’s efforts to save her. Although he was presumed to be dead, it was disclosed by Vegapunk that the giant was indeed alive and had taken refuge in Elbaf. If Nico Robin and Saul meet again, it will be a tearful reunion of two old friends. The giant might also shed some light on what actually happened in Ohara and what knowledge was stored in the country’s famous library.
Discovery Of The Final Road Poneglyph
It is every pirate’s dream to find the One Piece and become as great as Captain Gol D. Roger who had circumvented the entire world and hid his treasure in an unknown location. However, the location of the great treasure is written on humongous structures known as Poneglyphs. Although some of these Poneglyphs have been discovered, the location of the final Road Poneglyph is still unknown. A lot of fans think that the Straw Hats might find the final piece of the puzzle on Elbaf Island and deduce the location of Joyboy’s treasure.
Luffy and Shanks Will Be Reunited
One of the main reasons why the Straw Hats are going to Elbaf Island is because Shanks and the Red-Haired Pirates are said to be there. The reunion between the mentee and his mentor has been a long time in the making. When Luffy and Shanks meet, the former will probably start a friendly fight to prove his worth as a great pirate. Readers also expect a battle between Shanks’ Red Hair Pirates and Eustass Kid’s Kid Pirates.
