In the new teaser, Rampart was introduced to Apex

A new teaser for Apex Legends, which released on April 12 hinted at the continued involvement of a mysterious character who may have significant effects on many characters in the game, expanding on the lore surrounding Apex Games’ favourite modder. Rampart, like many other characters, was introduced to Apex via a Story from the Outlands trailer that revealed the deeper story behind her decision to compete in the Apex Games. The story in her case centres around an assault by the “Big Sister” crew, who also set fire to her mod shop. Big Sister, on the other hand, is still around and interested in Rampart, unlike many other characters whose motivation for participating in the games has been proven to be futile. Sisters’ ongoing involvement

Stories from the Outlands’ first episode featured a fire that was started by Francis, who later returned with Big Sister’s invitation to rejoin the crew. The interaction in Apex is interesting because of The Sisters’ ongoing involvement and allusion, particularly to the enigmatic Big Sister.

The Sisters and Rampart have a complicated history, both good and bad. Rampart dismisses the idea right away, and the two engage in a verbal brawl over who is better at making weapons. However, one of season 16’s unlockable transition screens revealed that The Sisters designed the Nemesis AR and that Big Sister and her crew were now a fully licensed weapons manufacturer. Many of the reactive weapon skins that players acquire by finishing a seasonal battle pass are said to have been created by Rampart, who is acknowledged in the game’s lore. Francis makes fun of Rampart for claiming that the Nemesis was her idea even though she was never able to understand it.

Conclusion

There are many coincidences between the two characters, and the fact that Big Sister continues to play such a significant role in Rampart’s legend does suggest that she will eventually appear in Apex. Fans can still speculate and rejoice in Rampart’s beefed-up lore for the time being, as well as her beefed-up biceps in the teaser, which received overwhelmingly positive feedback on Twitter.
