Basic’s post-match interview
The Gold Laner in the post-match press conference pointed out the difference between a Mobile Legends Bang Bang player in the Philippines region and the North American region. According to him, the Philippines had Bootcamps for the players, they had multiple sponsors, and many facilities which let the players focus on the game. But everything is the opposite in North America, the North American region only has the players only.
Without getting remunerations, the players of North American regions just have to be dedicated to the game and practise a lot. A lot of discipline is required to be in North America. The player went on to conclude. The only way players in North America can earn something is through live streaming their gameplays. Earlier when Basic was used to play for the Philippine side ONIC they were used to getting paid for playing under the team’s banner.
