The Valley and ECHO steal the show at the MLBB world championship
The M4 World Championship schedule for the Knockout Stage Day 6 included two matches from the Lower Bracket Round 3 and Upper Bracket Semi-Final at Tennis Indoor Stadium Senayan. The matches were so intense that fans could not leave their seats. Yesterday, the best of five games from both the Lower and Upper Brackets matches were one-sided. The North American team, The Valley clinched the victory by 3-1 in the Best of 5 games against Brazilian side RRQ Akira. While in the Upper Bracket Semi-Final, the Filipino side ECHO won against the Indonesian side ONIC Esports by 3-1. The day kicked off with Lower Bracket Round 3 match, later the Upper Bracket Semi-Final was played. Both matches were in the Best of 5 game series.
The Valley vs RRQ Akira
Best of 5 score: 3-1
- Game 1: The Valley picked Grock, Karina, Yve, Karrie, and Khufra as their lineup. RRQ Akira picked Joy, Martis, Pharsa, Claude and Mathilda. Match ended in 14 minutes and 11 seconds as The Valley secured the win.
- Game 2: The Valley this time went ahead with Yu Zhong, Granger, Yve, Harith, and Khufra while RRQ Akira picked Grock, Akai, Pharsa Karrie, and Chou. The match went on for 20 minutes and 5 seconds and RRQ Akira got the victory.
- Game 3: Following the defeat, The Valley players made a comeback. This time they picked Thamuz, Karina, Yve, Claude, and Lolita. RRQ Akira picked Lapu-Lapu, Fredrinn, Valentina, Beatrix, and Grock. The Valley concluded the game in 13 minutes and 31 seconds.
- Game 4: The Valley lineup this time had Lapu-Lapu, Fredrinn, Lylia, Claude, and Grock. RRQ Akira picked Yu Zhong, Martis, Yve, Harith, and Chou. After 12 minutes and 43 seconds, The Valley secured their win.

- Game 1: The line-up for ONIC Esports was Grock, Granger, Valentina, Lunox and Khufra. ECHO went ahead with Joy, Fedrinn, Xavier, Melissa, and Kaja. The match was played for around 23 minutes and 6 seconds; ECHO began the Upper Bracket Semi-Final with a win.
- Game 2: ONIC Esports picked Lapu-Lapu, Hayabusa, Yve, Moskov and Kaja. ECHO went ahead with Yu Zhong, Chou, Pharsa, Karrie, and Khufra. After 20 minutes and 48 seconds, ONIC Esports secured the win and levelled with ECHO in the best of 5-game series.
