In a recent press release, Revenant Esports officially confirmed their participation in VCL South Asia Split 2 2023. According to the CEO of Revenant Esports, Rohit Jagasia, the team was not able to compete in Split 1 due to certain legal complications. The team had a fully stacked roster, but due to legal controversies, had to be spectators to the game. However, this has not shattered their hopes but made them strong with enough practice and strategy. Jagasia, the Founder and CEO of Revenant is confident that the team will be able to win the VCL South Asia Split 2 championship.
Valorant Challengers League South Asia Split 2
After a successful tournament in the South Asia Split 1, NODWIN Gaming, along with Riot Games will be hosting VCL South Asia Split 2, with a massive prize pool of $100,000. Apart from the prize pool, the tournament will also decide which team will get a slot to represent South Asia in the upcoming Valorant Challengers Ascension 2023 Pacific. Revenant Esports crossed a lot of legal hurdles to confirm their team’s position in the VCL South Asia Split 2.
Revenant Esports: Know about the team
The press release confirmed the rosters of Revenant Esports, who will represent the organisation in the upcoming VCL South Asia Split 2, which will start on the 29th of April. The roster includes:

- Joshua “JoshS” Miles Infante Santos
- Tajas “rite2ace” Santosh Sawant
- Shailesh “Blackhawk” Ravindra Dalvi
- Sahil “1TaPGOD” Sanjay Duble
- Enrico “Ching” Manalo Perez
The team consists of 4 Indian rosters and two international rosters. Apart from that, Abir Banerjee will be managing the team, and an international coach will be revealed soon. When rite2ace was questioned about being part of VCL South Asia Split 2, he expressed his disappointment in not participating in Split 1. However, the morale of the team has not shattered, as now, they not only have enough practice but have also witnessed the other teams play. This will help the team strategise their gameplay during the tournament.
Therefore, 10 of the best Valorant teams in South Asia will be competing against each other in the VCL South Asia Split 2, showcasing their skills and tactics in the game. Revenant Esports is replacing Lethal esports for the upcoming VCL South Asia Split 2, thereby securing their spot in the tournament.
