Alpha Bracket Day 4 Round of 16 encounter
Valorant Champions Tour 2023 LOCK//IN São Paulo concluded its first two fixtures from Round of 16. Fans witnessed a total of 2 matches at Ginásio do Ibirapuera in São Paulo, Brazil. It was the Alpha Bracket clash between NRG vs Giants Gaming and LOUD vs Karmine Corp. The matches that were played were the best of the three games. Each game was interesting as the first game gave an intense fight across the three maps, and later, LOUD dominated the game against Karmine Corp and claimed their win. The Alpha Bracket Round of 16 and Quarterfinals will take place before the Omega Bracket actions kick-off. As these two fixtures are now over, the remaining fixtures will be played out today.
The clash between NA vs EMEA region teams
Alpha Bracket Day 4 was played out yesterday. As you all know, it’s always fun to watch the fight between top North American Teams taking on European teams. Yesterday fans witnessed a clash between the two American teams facing the European powerhouses. American teams got their victory and made it to the Quarterfinals while the losing teams had to exit from the tournament. A detailed recap of the matches is provided below.
NRG vs Giants

Giants were able to dominate the game in the first half while NRG equalised the score. The match went to overtime and with a good teamplay Giants won the game by 12-14.
- Haven map – This time, NRG’s lineup looked like this: crashies picked Sova, ardiis picked Jett, Victor picked Killjoy, FNS picked Breach and s0m picked Omen. Giants Gaming’s Cloud picked Sova, Fit1nho picked Jett, nukkye picked Breach, hoody picked Killjoy and rhyme picked Astra. NRG players were ruthless as they made it 11-1 in the first half, later with a 2-0 finish they won the game by 13-1. crashies, ardiis and Victor got the most kills.
- Icebox map – NRG this time had Viper picked by s0m, Sage picked by ardiss, KAY/O picked by Victor, Sova picked by crashies and Killjoy picked by FNS. Giants Gaming went ahead with Killjoy picked by hoody, Sova picked by Cloud, Viper picked by rhyme, Sage picked by nukkye and Jett picked by Fit1nho. The first-half score remained 9-3, later, the second-half score ended with a 4-4 score. Thanks to s0m’s brilliant gameplay, he registered 23 kills and led his team to a victory by 13-7.
LOUD vs Karmine Corp
