Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest Chapter 173 Recap
Erza reaches the town of Dramil and sees that some Dragon humans and magic powers wielders are fighting each other, destroying everything in the process. However, she soon realizes that all of these people are being controlled by Black Magic. Suddenly, she senses a powerful and dark magical energy and looks up to find the Black Wizard Faris. She also sees Ignia, who has been turning people into dragons to saturate the world with them while Faris has been controlling humans just for fun. Furious, Erza tries to attack them but is stopped by Wed, who has been Dragonized and wants to battle her.
At the former site of Gold Owl, Grey realizes that he has to defeat the Gold Dragon God Viernes to destroy the Lacrima. He is extremely nervous about it since he’s not a dragon slayer. Elsewhere, Wendy reaches the wounded Diabolos crew. As she asks them what happened, they reveal that Selene suddenly changed into her dragon form, injuring them all. Although they think Selene can’t be reasoned with anymore as she has morphed fully into a dragon, Wendy promises to bring her back to her human form.
