The collaboration aims not only to co-develop IPs but also to offer data-driven, tech-enabled products & services for gamers, as stated by Ampverse.
Ampverse & DMI Finance collaboration aims to cash in on the massive growth projections of the Indian esports industry

As Indian esports has been booming over the last few years, the joint venture of DMI Finance and Ampverse is benefiting from the projected growth in the industry. Ampverse is expected to bring its expertise in gaming communities and IP alongside tech-enabled marketing solutions. At the same time, DMI Finance will employ its proficiency in the “digital consumer, MSME finance, and asset management across India.”
Maple Capital Advisors has estimated that Indian esports can grow to $1.1 billion by 2025, further accelerated by the Government of India’s recognition of sports as a “multi-sports event” in December 2022. Thus, India-specific College Rivals will be a stepping stone for multiple upcoming esports series courtesy of Ampverse and DMI Finance.
