BLAST X Fortnite for Fortnite Champions Series
For the third time in the past three consecutive years, BLAST will be collaborating with Fortnite, producing and delivering the Fortnite Champions Series (FNCS) 2023. The combined prize pool for FNCS 2023 is around $10 million, allowing players and teams to showcase their utmost talent in the game. This collaboration will include BLAST work with competitive Fortnite teams, delivering a legendary conclusion to the series.

FNCS 2023 Format and BLAST’s collaboration
After collaborating with FNCS 2023, BLAST plans on expanding its role towards the Global Championship, which will take place in Copenhagen, Denmark.
The FNCS 2023 consists of three majors, starting consisting of:
- Major 1: February and March
- Major 2: April and May
- Major 3: July and August
The three majors will include players from the North American and European regions playing remotely, broadcasting the matches on BLAST’s studio in Copenhagen.

BLAST has been collaborating with Fortnite since 2021, delivering effective and efficient FNCS showdown matches and events. According to the MD of Development for BLAST, Leo Matlock, the three-year consecutive partnership with the competitive Fortnite championship is a testament to the dedication and progress of both the game and the organisation.
