CODM removed from App Store
Yesterday, fans of Call of Duty Mobile on the iOS platform suddenly noticed that the game has been removed from the Apple App Store. This was surprising, and shocking at the same time, as CODM, or Call of Duty Mobile is one of the most-played, and popular games on mobile gaming platforms like Android, and iOS. Fans from all around the world started to wonder why was Call of Duty Mobile removed from App Store.
Shortly after that, the official Call of Duty Mobile Twitter page made a tweet stating that they are aware of this sudden issue. They even added that they are working towards fixing that issue, and would update the fans once it gets resolved.
This tweet from the official page certainly provided relief to the worried fans and players of the game, as it became clear that COD Mobile was not banned, rather, it was some other issue. Another detail that has to be stated is that the listing for Call of Duty on the Google Play Store was unaffected, so it was likely that it has something to do with the Apple App Store specifically, and not the entire game in general.

Conclusion
PUBG Mobile and BGMI were some of the most played mobile games in India, but they got banned by the Indian Government due to security concerns by Section 69A of the IT Act, 2000. When Call of Duty Mobile was suddenly removed from the Apple App Store, many speculated that it can be due to the game getting banned similarly.
However, when Activision officially talked about this matter on Twitter, and also fixed the issue in a few hours, the fans were able to take a sigh of relief. It is clear that this was not a ban, but rather some issue with the Apple App Store’s listing, as the listing on Google Play Store had no such issues.
