Purpose of the tournament?
FanClash as you all know is the largest esports fantasy platform in Asia, they are now aiming to bring back the popularity of forgotten PC games like CS:GO and Dota 2. The current esports scenario in India revolves around mobile gaming and the inclusion of VALORANT has somehow diminished the popularity of the other PC games.
Like the previous partnership with Skyesports Championship 4.0, FanClash’s main objective was to make these esports titles mainly CS:GO and Dota 2 make a stronghold again in the Indian esports scenario.
View of FanClash’s CEO
According to Richa Singh, Co-Founder and CEO of FanClash, CS;GO is renowned and has a strong base in the esports scenario. Teams across the nation are joining and signing several rosters for various PC Esports titles, this will increase CS:GO’s prominence in the gaming community. Hence, CS:GO will be a major esports title in 2023.
