Expansion Pass for Fire Emblem Engage was announced at The Game Awards show
The Game Awards show just concluded a few hours back, and there were several new updates and announcements that we got to see there. One of those was the new expansion pass for the Nintendo Switch game, Fire Emblem Engage.
New Trailer for Fire Emblem Engage Expansion Pass
In the event, we got to see a new trailer for this expansion pass which provided a glimpse of the things that we will be getting with it. There will be new playable characters, maps, accessories, and more. In the trailer, we even get to see small bits of the new content coming with the new expansion.
What will you get with the Fire Emblem Engage Expansion Pass?
One of the unique aspects of this new expansion pass is that it will involve waves of different rewards. Each of these waves will be dropping at a different point in time throughout the year 2023, and each time it will have different rewards.
As of now, only the date of arrival for the first wave has been revealed and it is January 20, 2023. Here is all that you are getting in Wave 1 of the expansion pass:
- Emblem Bracelet for Edelgard/Dimitri/Claude
- Emblem Bracelet for Tiki
- Support items
- Accessories
- Silver Card.
Talking of the other three waves, these would bring new items for the players to enjoy. This would include things like support items, accessories, emblems, classes, and also a story that would have new characters, maps and more.
Here is a small brief on what you will get in each of the three waves following Wave 1:
In Wave 2, you will get:
- Additional emblems
- New Support items
- New Accessories
In Wave 3, you will get:
- Additional emblems
In Wave 4, you will get:
- Additional new story that would feature new characters, and maps. This would be a completely separate story from the main story.
- New Classes
So, if you get the new expansion pass, then it’s fair to say that there will be a good chunk of new content for you to enjoy throughout the entire year of 2023.
