The obsession with Honkai Star Rail 2.4 leaks has increased after the recent introduction of Boothill. Dusty Trail’s Lone Star Warp will feature the space cowboy till June 18, following which the 2.4 update will roll live, introducing several more playable characters. Boothill has been a top-tier DPS unit so fans expect more powerful characters in the upcoming update.
Honkai Star Rail 2.4 Upcoming Characters — Jiaoqiu & Yunli
Reliable leaker Uncle N revealed that Jiaoqiu and Yunli will be available in the Honkai Star Rail 2.4 banners. Both characters can be found in the list of upcoming playable characters in Honkai Star Rail shared by HomeDG Cat, further proving their imminent inclusion. Screwllum and Feixiao are other characters rumored to be made playable in the next updates.
Both Jiaoqiu and Yunli are expected to be 5-Star characters. Yunli is rumored to headline the Phase 1 banner while Jiaoqiu may feature in the Phase 2 banner. Confirmation about the Honkai Star Rail 2.4 leaks will be provided in the 2.4 Special Program livestream.
Honkai Star Rail 2.4 Leaks: Yunli Will Belong To The Destruction Path & Deal Physical Damage
According to Uncle N, Yunli will be a Physical attacker treading the Destruction Path. She will be the next Destruction character after Firefly in Honkai Star Rail 2.3 but the first Physical Destruction character to be in a time-limited banner.
There is not much information on Yunli’s kit. However, area-of-effect (AoE) abilities are a characteristic of Destruction characters. Yunli is expected to be a 5-Star damage dealer with decent Follow-Up Attacks. A previous leak also suggested that Yunli’s main area of expertise will be Weakness Break.
Jiaoqiu Element, Path, & Skills As Per Rumors
Honkai Star Rail 2.4 leaks suggest Jiaoqiu will be a 5-Star character wielding the Fire Element and belonging to the Nihility Path. We have some information about her abilities, thanks to Dim. According to the leak, Jiaoqiu will have powerful Fire attacks that not only damage enemies but also apply debuffs.
Jiaoqui will also possess a most interesting Ultimate. Upon activation, the character will inflict a debuff on an enemy for some turns. Additionally, they will select the enemy with the most debuffs and apply the same number of debuffs to other enemies. The debuffs also affect enemies that arrive later in battle.
Although Jiaoqui’s kit does sound impressive, it is based on a leak and could undergo a few changes before the character’s official release. Similarly, Yunli’s kit could be nerfed as she seems to be a formidable DPS character based on the leaks.
