The alleged spoilers for the upcoming issue of Takeru Hokazono’s manga showed the Masumi ninjas sitting with Chihiro at a cafe. They talk to Chihiro about possibly tracking Samura through his Owl ability as the Hishaku has been eerily quiet. We learn that the Kamunabi wants to hold Samura’s daughter hostage. Chihiro refuses at first, but the Masumi leader reminds him of what the Hishaku might do later.
Kagurabachi Chapter 61 Spoilers Begin With Chihiro Talking To The Masumi
The Masumi and Chihiro sit at a cafe where the group’s leader tells the protagonist that they’ll protect him from now on. He then asks Chihiro whether he has a positive update on Uruha and Chihiro says he doesn’t, meaning we still don’t know if he’ll ever come back to life. After the update on Uruha, we learn that while Chihiro was recovering the Masumi trio was sent on a mission by the Kamunabi. The young leader of the group feels that it’s creepy for the Hishaku to be so silent after causing such a big ruckus by attacking the Enchanted Swordbearers.
The other Masumi man thanks Chihiro for acquiring so much information on the Hishaku group. He also says that they can try to track Samura through the Spirit Energy of his Owl ability. They also remind Chihiro to not unsheathe Enten as Samura will find him the moment he does. The Kamunabi want him to use it as a trump card later. The Masumi captain says that although the group wants to take down Samura soon, he is also the only one who can keep the Hishaku at bay. The Masumi woman wonders how he has allowed the criminal organization to get so out of hand.
The Existence Of Samura’s Daughter Is Revealed
The Masumi are afraid that the Hishaku will cause a murderous rampage if Samura isn’t alive to keep them in check. The focus of the spoilers then moves to the Kamunabi headquarters where two sorcerers talk amongst themselves about holding a hostage since it’s the only known weakness of Samura. The Masumi captain tells Chihiro about Samura’s daughter. We learn that Samura had announced his daughter’s death to the world a few years ago and asked the Masumi to hide her away from prying eyes. With how he also announced Chihiro’s death, this might be the Tobimune-wielder’s way of saving those he cares about.
Not wanting to give Kamunaabi any control over his daughter, Samura asked the Masumi to hide her from everyone three years ago. They also wiped any memory of her father from her, which means she doesn’t have any recollection of him whatsoever. They want to use her as leverage against the blind swordsman, but Chihiro is staunchly against it. The Masumi leader reminds the protagonist that the Hishaku won’t just let Samura kill them once their deal is over. Even though the world doesn’t know the existence of Samura’s daughter, it won’t be hard for such a cunning organization to get that information.
Right now, only the Masumi know about Samura’s daughter’s location, which means they can also keep her safe from the Hishaku while negotiating with Samura. We learn that the swordsman’s daughter lives in Kyoto. The next panel shows two Hishaku sorcerers, who talk amongst themselves about a mission Yura has given them and how they haven’t had to kill anyone in a while. Much like what the Masumi leader predicted, these two sorcerers are sent by Yura to kidnap Samura’s daughter. The final panel of the leaks shows Samura’s daughter, who is seen attending a class.
