A quick overview of LEC Spring 2023 Week 2
Week 2 of LEC Spring 2023 came to a close following the last matchday. Fans at the LEC Studio Berlin enjoyed a set of five games yesterday 20th of March. The current standing after the last fixtures stands with G2 Esports leading the table with a record of 4-2 followed by SK Gaming and Team BDS in second and third positions respectively. Team Vitality is also in the race to finish in the top spot. As you all know, the regular season of the tournament is split across 3 weeks and now with the conclusion of week 2, teams will look forward to getting back on track with the coming week of matchdays. A recap of matchday 3
A total of 5 matches were played, as mentioned earlier, the matches were the best of one game series. Let’s have a look at the match results and the performance of the teams.
Match recaps
- Match 1: Week 2 matchday 3 began with Excel Esports vs SK Gaming. The game went on for around 30 minutes and 38 seconds, Exakick had most of the Creep Source which made him the MVP and SK Gaming won the match.
- Match 2: MAD Lions took on Team Heretics in the second game. The match went on for 36 minutes and 28 seconds and Team Heretics got the win. Jackspektra became the match MVP.
- Match 3: Astralis got past Team Vitality after 30 minutes and 28 seconds of gameplay. 113 became the match MVP for his great support and presence of mind.
- Match 4: Team BDS vs G2 Esports were up for the fifth game of the day. Yike of G2 Esports led his side to a win after 34 minutes and 29 seconds of gameplay.
- Match 5: The last game of the day was between Fnatic vs KOI. After 31 minutes and 49 seconds of action, Razarok became the match MVP and Fnatic won the game.
In Conclusion
