What is the difference between the audiences of a streamer and a competitive esports player?
There are mainly two types of players: one plays the game to stream and have fun, and the other plays the game competitively. For example, two of Animesh Agarwal’s team members, Mortal and Goblin, play BGMI. However, among the two, only Goblin plays BGMI competitively. The audience base of Goblin prefers to see the technical understanding and intense gameplay that he has. On the other hand, the fanbase of Mortal focuses on the stream and just enjoys his gameplay. Therefore, there is definitely a segregation among audiences of a streamer and a competitive esports player.
