What Is Astro Bot About?
The forthcoming PlayStation platformer is centered around the Astro, a small robot that originated from 2014’s The Playroom. The titular robot then appeared as a protagonist in Astro Bot Rescue Mission and Astro’s Playroom featuring an in-universe setting that is full of references to the PlayStation consoles and controllers.
Like previous titles, Astro Bot is another platformer, but has a much larger universe that consists of six galaxies, 80 levels, over 50 planets, and more than 70 baddies. At the same time, defeating bosses will uncover more secrets. Apart from that the game will also feature many cameos from other PS titles, which players will be to recruit.
Astro Bot also references PlayStation consoles and controllers with many of its in-universe features, including the Dual Speeder spaceship, which is shaped like PS5’s DualSense controller. There’s a lot more gameplay content, which players will get to experience on the Astro Bot release date. As players wait for the game’s launch, they can also read about Black Myth Wukong release date and other key details.
