BGIS (Battlegrounds Mobile India Series) 2023 Round 3 is over, and it is time for the Quarter Finals stage, where all teams will fight for the 16 Semi Finals slots. At the same time, the 48 bottom-ranked BGMI teams will move into the Losers Bracket, which will take place a few days after the Quarter Finals.

All About BGMI BGIS 2023 Quarter Finals Format
BGMI BGIS 2023 Quarter Finals are starting on 21 September and will conclude on the 24th. There will be 64 teams who will be a part of the Quarter Finals stage’s four groups. Needless to say, each group will feature 16 teams. For the unversed, all 64 teams that have qualified for the Quarter Finals were among the top four squads from each of the eight Round 3 groups.
Quarter Finals will follow the same format for the qualification to the next round, i.e., top-four teams will qualify for the Semi Finals stage. However, unlike the previous rounds, there will be no eliminations after Quarter Finals, as the rest of the 48 squads that will miss out on entering the Semi Finals will be moved to the Losers Bracket for another chance of qualification.
Therefore, the BGIS 2023 Losers Bracket will feature 48 bottom-ranked teams from the Quarter Finals. At the same time, there will be 16 teams from Round 3, finished at 65 to 80 ranks, that will also be a part of Losers Bracket. Teams entering the Losers Bracket will then have to fight for the remaining 16 BGIS 2023 Semi Finals slots.
Like previous rounds, Round 4 (Quarter Finals & Losers Bracket) will broadcast on YouTube (Krafton India Esports) and JioCinema from 1:00 pm IST onwards. As of this writing, Krafton India has yet to reveal the complete list of teams qualified for the BGIS 2023 Quarter Finals, but fans can expect the official announcement before the match days.
