Post the immense success of BGIS (Battlegrounds Mobile India Series) 2023, Krafton is set to take the Indian esports scene to the next level with BGMI India – Korea Invitational, an event that will see popular organizations in action. The three-day esports event for BGMI is scheduled to take place in New Delhi.
Krafton has already unveiled a massive prize pool of ₹ 1,00,00,000 for the participating teams, including 16 well-established BGMI/PUBG Mobile squads from India and South Korea. BGMI India – Korea Invitational: Schedule & Format
The three-day esports event is commencing on Thursday, 26 October 2023, where eight Indian BGMI teams, alongside eight South Korean PUBG Mobile teams, will fight it out to claim the BGMI India – Korea Invitational trophy and a prize pool of ₹ 1,00,00,000. The event will feature 15 matches that will conclude on Saturday, 28 October 2023.
Players will witness five days each day, and the format will be identical to that of BGIS 2023. Thus, all 16 teams will feature in the same game, where the points will be awarded based on the number of kills/finishes and position in the match. The live stream of the event is expected to start at 11:30 am IST on the opening day, but there can be delay in the proceedings. At the same time, the stream is expected to start at 1:30 pm IST on other matchdays.
