The rumors around Pandya’s potential collaboration with Battlegrounds Mobile India were already brewing, and Krafton has now officially dropped a hint about it in a recent promo. For the unversed, the developers dropped a one-minute and 52-second-long video on YouTube titled “BGMI Ki Boli (translates to Battlegrounds Mobile India‘s Language),” which featured a hint about the upcoming crossover.
At 1:06 time stamp, the screen showcases “v 2.7.0 HP33,” which then transitions to “v 2.8.0 HP33,” signifying the collaboration to arrive in version 2.8 potentially. Earlier this month, there were talks around the release of Hardik Pandya’s voice packs in Battlegrounds Mobile India. Thus, readers will have to wait for a few more days until Krafton officially reveals the details about the crossover.
Version 2.8 is expected to arrive sometime in October 2023. Thus, one can expect the launch of content from PUBG Mobile’s global version, alongside some announcements on BGMI x Hardik Pandya.
