Developed by Game Science, Black Myth Wukong is an action RPG featuring the main character adventuring in an ancient world to retrieve lost relics. The Destined One must face many mythical foes during his journey. Apart from using spells that consume Mana, the Destined One can use melee but it is limited to either staff or spears, synonymous with the Journey to the West novel.
Staff weapons provide Unique Effects to the main character. Thus, players must be familiar with the Black Myth Wukong weapon tier list. The melee also increases attributes such as Attack, Defense, Critical Hit Chance, and so on.
Updated Black Myth Wukong Weapon Tier List
Black Myth Wukong weapons are categorized into six rarities, namely Mythical, Legendary, Epic, Rare, Uncommon, and Common. Each weapon affects the different attributes of the Destined One. While the lower-rarity weapons can be easily crafted, those with a higher rarity will require players to collect drops from bosses. Weapons can be crafted from the Keeper Shrine after acquiring the necessary materials.
There is no ‘difficulty’ setting in Black Myth Wukong. This means not all weapons can help the Destined One to survive the late game. Here are the details of each tier in this action RPG tier list:-
- Tier-0: The strongest Black Myth Wukong weapons. They support an Attack or Crit build, allowing players to defeat tough boss fights with ease.
- Tier-1: Weapons with decent perks and Unique Effects. Craft one according to the build you prefer.
- Tier-2: Average staff weapons. These are useful in the mid-game but not beyond that.
- Tier-3: Common and Uncommon weapons that are only useful at the beginning.

Master Both Weapons And Stances In Black Myth Wukong
Black Myth Wukong is one of the major game releases in August 2024. Apart from featuring a plethora of weapons, it also has several ‘Stances’ that the Destined One can switch to during combat. The mechanic will be familiar to those who have played Ghost of Tsushima.
There are three stances in Black Myth, Smash Stance, Pillar Stance, and Thrust Stance, and each affects the heavy attack of the playable character. Players need to switch between stances strategically to dish out damage to enemies. The Thrust Stance is the pick of the options but it is unlocked at Level 20.
