Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War Part 3 Episodes 13 And 14 Will Air At The End Of This Year
When part 3 of the current arc started airing in October, fans already knew that the cour would only last for 13 episodes. However, nobody had any qualms as not only did the show treat us with some phenomenal action sequences, but a lot of important anime-only scenes. But as it turns out, Bleach is a gift that keeps on giving. According to the latest announcement by the anime’s official X (formerly Twitter) account, the show will air an additional episode 14 along with the pre-planned episode 13 on the same day.
Both episodes 13 and 14 of Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War Par 3 will be released worldwide on Saturday, December 28, 2024, at 7:30 AM PST. They are also the 39th and 40th episodes of the whole Thousand-Year Blood War arc. It will be a one-hour special broadcast combining the two final installments of the cour. Fans will be able to watch it on platforms such as Hulu, Disney+, and Netflix depending on their location. The audience is eager to see what the anime brings after the stunning and emotional recent episode.
The latest episode 11 of the anime was titled ‘Shadows Gone’. It focused on the aftermath of Kyoraku Shunsui’s battle against Lille Barro, who transformed even further after his initial defeat. In an emotional scene, we see Shunsui handing the Shinken Hakkyoken sword to Nanao for the first time since her mother had given it to him. With her Captain’s help, Nanao was able to wield the magical Zanpakuto and defeat the Quincy warrior. With both Lille Barro and Pernida out of the way, the Soul Reapers might have a chance against Yhwach’s overwhelming power.
