In the past couple of years, the frequency of Call of Duty collaboration events has upscaled massively. The latest leaks around the upcoming content of Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone have hinted at a potential crossover between Call of Duty and Deadpool & Wolverine. For the uninitiated, COD data miner TheRed ZipiT (@TheredZipit) recently posted leaked animations of rumored finishing moves for Wolverine and Deadpool.

Call of Duty x Deadpool & Wolverine Crossover Can Happen In Modern Warfare 3 & Warzone Season 5
MW3 & Warzone Season 5 is set to drop at the end of July 2024. Coincidentally, the launch will happen around the release of Deadpool & Wolverine, which is coming to theaters on July 26, 2024. Thus, Season 5 seems appropriate for the arrival of Call of Duty x Deadpool & Wolverine crossover.
The rumored collaboration might follow the precedent set by the recent crossover events featuring IPs like Fallout, Gundam, Warhammer 40k, and more. Interestingly, the content of most of the events was also leaked well in advance of official release, like the rumored Call of Duty x Deadpool & Wolverine.
Moreover, players can expect the arrival of cosmetics, weapon blueprints, bundles and other Deadpool & Wolverine-themed collectibles in MW3 and WZ. However, they will need to wait for Activision to confirm the release of the rumored Season 5 crossover. Apart from Call of Duty, the upcoming MCU flick is also rumored to collaborate with Fortnite, as revealed in the past.
That concludes our coverage around the upcoming COD crossover, but fans can also check out the Black Ops 6 Omnimovement.
