Chapter 268 of the manga marked the end of the terrifying villain Ryomen Sukuna who killed off many characters during the Shinjuku Showdown Arc. After the reunion between Yuji Itadori, Megumi Fushiguro, and Nobara Kugisaki, fans saw a glimpse of Atsuya Kusakabe standing with the other surviving sorcerers.
