What Can You Expect From Chainsaw Man Chapter 174?
All the missing ears have been restored after Pochita regurgitated the Ear Devil in the last chapter. Now that the War Devil, Yoru, knows that devils can be brought back after the Chainsaw Devil has ingested them, we can expect her to make her move. We might find out why Public Safety risked losing the Ear Devil to Pochita just to find out if the devils he throws up can be restored again. The latest chapter begins by showing us how all humans and animals have lost their ears after the Chainsaw Devil consumed the Ear Devil. Three officers cut off their fingers in a bathroom and use the blood to write out each letter of the word ‘HIT’ on the mirrors. Then we see a devil that has never appeared in the manga before. The devil looks grotesque, sitting on a throne made of human body parts. The devil itself is made out of veiny flesh and has two heads. Once it sees the words written on the mirrors, a new mirror appears above the Chainsaw Devil and the new devil attacks him through it. Although Pochita tries to defend himself and cuts two fingers of the devil, he is immobilized by Hirofumi Yoshida’s Octopus Devil. The powerful new devil squashes Pochita, forcing him to eject the head of the Ear Devil from his stomach. Once it’s done, everyone around the planet gets their ears and hearing back.
