Chainsaw Man Chapter 184 Explained Denji Might Finally Be Free From Makima
The chapter begins with Denji running around in circles while Asa wonders if he has gone crazy. Suddenly, the Aging Devil appears and tells the protagonist that he can free him from this world if he tells Pochita to eat the Aging Devil in the real world. When Denji asks what’s the price of doing that, the villainous devil reveals that many children in the world will die. Denji reminds him that Chainsaw Man is a superhero and that Pochita will never do something so horrendous before resuming his run again.
Seeing him in high spirits, Aging wonders whether Denji loved Nayuta at all since he moved on from her death so quickly. Denji says that it doesn’t matter how many times his loved ones die, he will just continue to find new families over and over again. Although a desperate and heartbreaking statement, this reminds the readers about how Makima told Denji that she will always kill people that he loves. With his new statement, it seems that Denji has finally escaped from the Control Devil’s shadow. Although sad, his declaration holds a lot of power.
Denji Is Probably Planning To Vomit More Devils
In the previous manga chapter, Denji vomited out the Snow and Bitterness Devils that Pochita had eaten in the real world. In the recent issue, he tells the Aging Devil that his escape plan has already started. Many fans think that he will continue to throw up more devils until a powerful one comes out. If the devil manages to tear a hole through the Aging Devil’s reality, then Asa and Denji will be able to leave and return to Pochita.
However, many others think that Denji might be plotting to strengthen his connection to Pochita in the real world to maybe eat Yoru and escape through him. Readers will get to know what exactly Denji’s plan is and whether he will be able to execute it in the next issue. But everyone is glad that the protagonist finally seems to be free from the horrible curse Makima had put on him. Even though his optimism seems forced and desperate, Denji’s willingness to look for more people to love in the face of tragedy is truly honorable.
