YapzOr, the former stalwart of Team Secret, was out from the competitive Dota 2 scene for the last nine months and was unavailable from the ranked games because of health issues. But the speculation related to his return to competitive Dota 2 increased since he started playing ranked games in the past few months. He also started live streaming and watching professional games with Janne “Gorgc” Stefanovski.
YapzOr may make his comeback to competitive Dota 2 in the Saudi Qualifiers of Riyadh Masters 2023
YapzOr has a massive fan following who are waiting eagerly for his return. During YapzOr’s Twitch live stream, a viewer enquired about his intentions to return to competitive gaming after such a long absence, to which YapzOr responded that there are no plans. But participating in “the Saudi qualifier” (apparently the Riyadh Masters 2023) could be a choice.
Know about the Dota 2 Riyadh Masters 2023
The Riyadh Masters 2023 will showcase at this year’s Gamers8 festival in Saudi Arabia as part of the new Dota 2 ESL Pro Tour. The tour will also feature two Dream League seasons. Twenty of the world’s top teams will compete in the tournament’s second iteration. The tournament is scheduled to start on 17th July and will continue until the finale on 30th July. The tournament will be in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, which will be part of the Gamers8 festival with a whopping prize money of $15 Million.
