The latest installment of the popular anime introduced Jin Enjoji, also known as Jiji, a childhood friend of Momo’s and also her first crush. After seeing how handsome Jiji is, Okarun feels jealous of his friendship with Momo and fears he might lose her to him. At school, Momo and Jiji chase after a living anatomical doll who is eager to reunite with his lover.

Dandadan Episode 11 Recap
Titled ‘First Love’ the episode begins with the arrival of Jiji, a tall and handsome young man, at the Ayase home. Seiko tells Okarun that Jiji is Momo’s old friend and also her first crush. This fact disturbs Okarun, who feels uncomfortable at the thought of Momo ditching his friendship in favor of Jiji. He feels even more jealous when he learns that Jiji will be staying with Momo and Seiko since his parents are in the hospital. Aira accuses Momo of gathering more demons and leaves her house. Later, Okarun also starts leaving, but Momo tells him to say “See you again”, which he does, making them both flustered.
After he leaves, Jiji apologizes to Momo for making fun of her when they were kids. He reveals that he can also see ghosts now, and the mountain home his family lives in is plagued by a vengeful entity. According to him, that’s why his parents fell sick. Three out of the five exorcists that came to the house committed suicide and the remaining told him to contact Seiko Ayase. Momo tries to assure him that her grandmother will take care of it, but Seiko reveals that it’s Momo and Okarun who will be accompanying Jiji to his house. The next day at school everyone is completely enamored with Jiji, even though he behaves goofily.
During lunch, Momo approaches Okarun and the two start talking. Jiji suddenly appears, making Okarun jealous again. Suddenly, a male anatomical model jumps out of the building and starts running. Momo tries to stop it with her psychic powers, but both her and Jiji get pulled with the doll. Okarun transforms into his Yokai form and saves them both. Thankfully, Momo is able to find the model in a junkyard after stealing his heart. We see him confess his love to a female anatomical model who has likely been discarded. Momo asks him whether he has Okarun’s golden ball.

The anatomical man Taro’s confession helped Okarun realize his feelings for Momo in the current issue. As per the manga, Okarun, Momo, and Jiji will beg Seiko to let Hana, the female doll, live at their house. After making sure Hana and Taro can meet every night, the trio will prepare to leave for Jiji’s house in the mountains. We will see more friendly moments between Momo and Jiji, which will make Okarun even more jealous. According to the new trailer, Momo and Okarun will accompany Jiji to his hometown and meet some mysterious people.
