The latest issue of the popular supernatural anime starts with Aira and Okarun having a meal with Momo and her granny at their house. Aira begins to grow romantic feelings for Okarun and tries to confess to him, which causes Momo to misunderstand their relationship. The three suddenly enter Empty Space as multiple aliens attack them. Acrobatic Silky’s powers cause Aira to transform into a powerful being.

Dandadan Episode 8 Recap
After the heartbreaking 7th episode, the anime returned to its normal comedic shenanigans in the latest issue. Aira joins the ever-growing group of Okarun and Momo. She eats dinner with them at Momo’s grandmother’s house. When she remembers how Okarun had saved her in his Yokai form, she gets flustered and thinks he must have some of his humanity left. Later, Seiko, Turbo Granny, and Momo play a game of baseball to return one of Okarun’s family jewels to its place.
On the next day at school, Momo asks Okarun to eat lunch with her, but he refuses by saying he has a report to work on. However, when Momo goes out to buy some drinks during lunch, she sees him lying on top of Aira on the ground. Although Okarun tries to clear up the misunderstanding, she yells at him and runs away. We learn that Okarun had been trying to strengthen himself by practicing some exercises. That’s when Aira came out and confessed to him. When he tried to push her away, they fell to the ground together.
Momo refuses to talk to Okarun, causing a growing rift between them. However, the two of them and Aira suddenly enter Empty Space. Momo is attacked by an alien that looks like the Loch Ness Monster, while another one that looks like a Mantis Shrimp jumps at Okarun and Aira with boxing gloves on. We learn that the Serpoians are back again, and this time their intention is to take the massive power trapped inside Okarun. As the protagonist struggles against the aliens, Aira finally transforms into her Acrobatic Silky form and attacks them.
Dandadan Episode 9 Trailer And Predictions
The new preview video for the upcoming episode, titled ‘Merge! Serpo Dover Demon Nessie!’ showed us how Aira will take on the Boxer Shrimp with her Acrobatic Silky powers. Momo will also join them pretty soon after dealing with the Loch Ness Monster. As per the manga, both Okarun and Aira will be saved by Momo’s psychic powers after the Serpoians get the better of them. Fans can expect some fantastic action sequences from the next issue as the trio deal with their new enemies.
