Saloni Pawar, often known as Meow16k, is a professional female Esports athlete from India. She also owns a “Meow16K” YouTube channel with more than 61K subscribers. Professional CSGO player Meow16K competes for Rayne E-sports India.
Saloni loves playing FPS games, such as Valorant and Apex Legends
Saloni discusses her experiences in the esports industry, her work as a content creator, and her views on sexism.
She is a college student who has been an avid gamer since she was little and is working hard to make a career out of it. She frequently streams single-player games as well as CSGO, PUBG, Overwatch, and other popular games. On her channel, Saloni enjoys doing IRL streams as well.
Since she was in school, Meow16K has watched her brother play video games. She then developed a strong interest in it. One day when she had nothing to do and was bored, she started playing CS1.6 offline. After finishing CS, she felt incredibly wonderful and impressed, and her gaming career officially began. A friend suggested she stream her gameplay on YouTube in 2016. When she started screaming, people took note and responded favorably. However, she practiced a lot because her goal was to play CSGO professionally. She was the sole female CSGO player and streamer from India that did both on YouTube.
With Saloni acting as an IGL alongside Mansi “MatkaQueeN” Pottery, Iqra “BrITsy” Khan, Neha “CaspeRR” Sottany, and Twinkle “Rose” Sheriff, Rayne e-sports is the first e-sports organization to allocate an all-Indian All-Female CS: GO Pro Team. Now she stands as a memento to female gamers and game enthusiasts with her amazing journey at the forefront.
