Dragon Ball DAIMA anime is set to hit the screens this October 2024 and just a few hours ago it released a new trailer that reveals the looks of some key characters who will be appearing in this anime series. Fans are excited to see Goku and other canon Dragon Ball characters in their childhood form as it brings back memories of Akira Toriyama’s early Dragon Ball which made up so much of our childhoods.

Dragon Ball DAIMA is the last project the late mangaka Akira Toriyama was involved in and this upcoming project chronologically takes place after the events of Dragon Ball Z and before the start of Dragon Ball Super. You can call it an alternate timeline and in this one, all of the characters are magically transformed into their younger selves.
Dragon Ball DAIMA recently released a new trailer revealing many more characters- all in their childhood forms and we have to say the nostalgia is real. Despite being kids, these characters will supposedly retain their memories from Dragon Ball Z so thankfully, memory loss won’t be a thing for the most part.

Dragon Ball DAIMA revealed some of the key characters of the upcoming anime series. As you can see their character designs have been revealed above and from left to right they are as follows:

- Glorio
- Goku (Mini)
- Supreme Kai (Mini)
- Vegeta (Mini)
- Piccolo (Mini)
The character designs are reminiscent of the early 1980s Dragon Ball series by Akira Toriyama. Many of us grew up with these characters as our faces were glued to the early TV screens.
