After many months of waiting, Dragon Ball anime fans have some reason to celebrate. The highly-anticipated Dragon Ball DAIMA’s release has been announced. According to a report by Mantan Web, the first episode will air on October 11, 2024, in Japan on Fuji TV. Yuichi Nakajima, who is the head of broadcast at Fuji TV said that all episodes of the series are ready for broadcast.
Dragon Ball DAIMA Will Be Released In Japan First
According to the broadcast channel, the first episode of Dragon Ball DAIMA will air on Friday, October 11, 2024, at 11:40 PM JST. The initial installment has an additional 10 minutes of content, making it 40 minutes long. Unfortunately, we do not have an update about the international release of the series. Fans can expect to hear some news as the show is likely to have a Fall 2024 global broadcast as well. A new trailer featuring the them songs for the anime has also been revealed.
The late Akira Toriyama, who is the creator of the Dragon Ball, was really involved with the creation of the DAIMA series. Set after the events of Dragon Ball Super, the anime will focus on Goku and his friends, who have been turned into children by an enemy. The group will go on another intergalactic adventure to find the culprit and force them to return everyone to their original form.
