They can interact with Support Pawns after approaching them, and check out their stats. If the attributes are ideal, players can use Rift Crystals to hire them.
What is Dragonsplague & How Does It Impact The Pawns?
Dragonsplague has been described as an in-universe ‘contagious disease-like condition.’ It impacts the DD2 Pawns, as they traverse worlds. Dragonsplague doesn’t weaken the Pawns, instead, their performance upscales significantly, while their speech and behavior also gets bolder. They will become disobedient after getting infected, while their eyes will start glowing red as soon as the condition worsens. The Pawns will start using the skills they are not equipped with in DD2. Thus, it is essential to be wary of the Pawns’ condition.
