Biography
At Hogwarts, Matilda met Deek, one of the school’s house elves, in her second year. They grew close and ultimately found the Room of Requirement together. She began working for the Ministry of Magic as a curse-breaker after graduating. Later, as part of her job, she travelled the world to promote the exchange of magical knowledge between nations. As a result, she became well known enough that many people knew of her even if they had never met her.
As the Transfiguration professor at her old school, she eventually left her position at the Ministry. Later, she was named the Deputy Headmistress under Headmaster Phineas Nigellus Black, who delegated most of his responsibilities to Matilda, including hiring new staff. As a result, she contacted Mudiwa Onai, whom she knew taught Divination at Uagadou, when a position for a Divination professor at Hogwarts opened up, and Mudiwa accepted right away.
Players take on the role of a fifth-year student enrolling in the School of Witchcraft and Wizardry for the first time in Hogwarts Legacy. Hogwarts pairs the new student with a variety of professors, teachers, and faculty throughout the game to help him or her catch up to the other students who have been studying to be witches or wizards for several.
Matilda Weasley, a distant relative of Ron Weasley and a member of the weirdest red-headed family in the Harry Potter series, is one of the first professors to support players. Matilda Weasley serves as a supportive mentor and friend. She is a strong witch who doesn’t allow herself to be bullied and is full of knowledge and humour. The lowdown on Matilda Weasley and why it matters to Hogwarts Legacy players are provided below.
Upward to Deputy Headmistress
As a new student, Matilda Weasley was assigned to the Gryffindor house. In her second year of college, she became friends with a house elf named Deek and established a reputation as a capable witch and quick study. Matilda worked as a Curse-Breaker in the Ministry of Magic after graduating but before starting as a Hogwarts instructor. During this time, she developed her professional reputation as one of the best Curse-Breakers the Ministry had ever seen.
Due to her reputation and subject-matter expertise, Matilda was asked to teach Transfiguration at Hogwarts after finishing her Ministry work and returning to England. Matilda Weasley fit right in with the Hogwarts faculty thanks to her strong work ethic and outgoing personality, and just like in the Ministry, she was swiftly recognised and moved up the ranks. It was particularly impressive, given Phineas Nigellus Black’s strict standards and demeanour, to have surpassed the infamously challenging headmaster.
How Weasly can help you?
Deputy Headmistress Weasley is the first character to set players on their path to learning spells, creating potions, and even gathering and preserving even though hers, even though it may not be immediately apparent. She also dispatches Professor Fig, the game’s first character that players will encounter, to bring you to Hogwarts, which initiates the game’s plot. Additionally, players will attend classes and get to know all of their professors early on in Hogwarts Legacy. Every professor informs the student that they will be given additional homework and challenges to keep up with their magical classmates after the first class.
Matilda Weasley is the one who has the idea and takes it upon herself to let everyone in the faculty know that the player requires extra care and a ton of new spells along the way. The Deputy Headmistress serves as the players’ high-ranking faculty member throughout the game, using their position and authority to support students and act morally. The leadership style employed by Professor Weasley contrasts sharply with that of Headmaster Phineas Black. Because of her knowledge, maternal instincts, and reassuring authority, Matilda Weasley is generally regarded as one of the best professors and characters in the game. Lesley Nicol, an English actress, does a fantastic job of voice acting the character.
