This is a fairly straightforward quest, as the clues are easy to find. Once you receive the quest, you will need to collect information and clues from your surroundings, which is the Medical Area. After picking up the clues, you need to speak to the officer on site, and then take a look at your Mind Palace.
Navigate to the Cauldron File, and you will be able to connect the images there with the clues that you have just picked up. To the note “WHERE DID NIGHTINGALE GO?”, you will need to connect two pages. One of them starts with “Saga had to pursue Nightingale…” and the other is “Saga was back at Cauldron Lake…”
Armed with these clues, Saga will conclude that Nightingale went to Cauldron Lake. Once you are back in the game, speak to the officer again, and Sage will tell him where Nightingale went.
