Recently, a leaker claimed that a Fortnite x Demon Slayer collaboration is in the works, creating much hype among the fans.
Fortnite x Demon Slayer Leaked Ahead Of Chapter 6
An upcoming Demon Slayer collaboration was revealed by Fortnite leaker ShiinaBR. Based on the original work by Koyoharu Gotouge, Demon Slayer manga has ended serialization but the anime will reach its conclusion with a movie trilogy. The Demon Slayer Infinity Castle Arc is being adapted into hour-long films by studio Ufotable to be released next year.
Unfortunately, an expected release date for the Fortnite x Demon Slayer collaboration wasn’t provided by the leaker. Neither did they mention the upcoming new cosmetics.
Fortnite’s collaborations with animes have been a hit and Demon Slayer is expected to follow the trend. The siblings, Tanjiro and Nezuko, and other popular characters such as Inosuke, Zenitsu, Kokushibo, and Muzan could appear in the Item Shop during the collaboration. Alongside new skins, we may also see the iconic katanas of the Demon Slayer characters appear as Back Blings in Fortnite Battle Royale.
According to rumors, the next Fortnite BR Chapter could be themed on Japanese mythology or include samurai cosmetics. The Demon Slayer collaboration would be ideal to kick off the Chapter 6 Season 1 proceedings.
EPIC Games might reveal the Fortnite x Demon Slayer crossover a few days before the OG Chapter 2 finale.
