Free Fire and FF MAX’s OB46 version is reaching its conclusion, while Garena is busy preparing for the next patch update. FF MAX and Free Fire OB47 update will drop in December 2024 with loads of new adjustments and additions. The much-awaited Naruto Shippuden collaboration will be a part of OB47 content, while CS and BR Ranked will also receive new updates. What Is Free Fire OB47 Release Date?
At the time of the writing, Garena has yet to confirm anything around the Free Fire OB47 release date. The previous FF and FF MAX update was rolled out in September 2024 and players can expect the OB47 version to drop during the first week of December. Judging by the release of past ‘winter’ updates, Garena might schedule the Free Fire OB47 release date between 4 and 8 December 2024.

What’s New With The FF & Free Fire MAX OB47 Update?
Although Garena haven’t revealed anything around the update officially, players can expect much of the recent Advance Server content to debut via OB47. Here’s what they might be able to see in FF and Free Fire MAX OB47 update:
- New Character named ‘Koda’ – He will debut with an active ability named Aurora Vision, which will allow players to move faster, spot enemies, and other movement and detection buffs.
- POI changes and updates based on ‘winter’ theme – Many locations on FF and Free Fire MAX BR maps will receive seasonal changes.
- New single-round weapon ‘M590’ – It will be a brand-new shotgun with exceptionally high damage output.
- A crossover with Naruto Shippuden coming in January 2024.
- A collaboration with Pushpa 2: The Rule coming in December 2024 (Exclusively for the Indian region).
Apart from the above-mentioned additions, the upcoming update will bring adjustments and additions across weapon arsenal, in-game store, events, and BR & CS Ranked. The next version will roll out in December 2024 and everyone will receive the update on the same day.
