Dragon Ball Project: Multi Regional Beta Test Date
At the moment, Dragon Ball Project: Multi has no official release window. Those who want to experience the 4v4 team-based action can sign up for the beta test which will be restricted to certain regions. The registrations for the beta will be open on the official DBPM website (https://dbpm.bn-ent.net)
The regional beta test for Dragon Ball Project: Multi will begin on August 20 at 6:00 AM GMT and will include the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Japan, and Taiwan. It will also include Germany and South Korea but the beta test will be limited to iOS and Android devices for those regions.
The first and potentially the only beta test for Project: Multi will end at 5:59 AM GMT on September 2, 2024. According to the official website, the Dragon Ball game will take 4.5 GB of storage, 8 GB RAM, and requires at least Nvidia GeForce GTX 960/AMD Radeon R9 280X. A low GPU demand means the modern-day systems would be easily able to run the free-to-play title.
Dragon Ball Project: Multi Characters & Gameplay
Bandai Namco and Ganbarian’s upcoming game seems to be a typical MOBA experience. Characters can perform special moves on opponents while the objective is to get the Dragon Ball situated at the enemy team’s base. The Steam page mentions that there are three roles in the game, namely the aggressive (attack), tank (defense), and technical (support) roles.
A few standout features can also be witnessed in the official reveal trailer. For instance, players can power up their characters and deal Kamehameha blasts or other devastating moves. The revive animation is quite impressive as it features Goku being knocked back to the spawn point.
The trailer for Dragon Ball Project: Multi revealed the following characters:-
- Goku
- Vegeta
- Trunks
- Piccolo
- Krillin
- Android 18
- Majin Buu
- Zamasu
Dragon Ball Project: Multi will also include character customizations such as skins and animation changes. The latter includes finishers and entry animations.
Apart from the upcoming free-to-play title, Bandai Namco is also working with Spike-Chunsoft to bring the next installment in the Budokaichi Tenkaichi series. Dragon Ball Sparking Zero has a wider roster than the previous games and is equipped with all the latest technologies and graphical improvements.
