Harry Potter’s iconic spell ‘Accio’ in the Hogwarts Legacy game
A recent official tweet from Hogwarts Legacy read, “What will you summon?” It’s talking about one of the most legendary spells from the Harry Potter universe, Accio. For all those who do not know what Accio does; Accio is a summoning charm used to call an object towards the caster. It was first introduced in the fourth novel, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. The 8-second video on the Twitter handle shows how the player will cast the spell. In the video we see a player say Accio and summon a book to fly back to him, call a platform to move, and even throw the enemy around during combat. So to put it simply, Accio will bring any object or even an opponent close to the player.
Additional spells in Hogwarts Legacy
The players here, as a student at Hogwarts, can enjoy all kinds of magic from the Wizarding World. They can cast all the spells that Harry and his friends enjoy in the novel. Other than Accio, there are other spells used in Hogwarts Legacy, like Incendio, Stupefy, Descendo, Revelio, Wingardium Leviosa, and Petrificus Totalus.
