It has been almost two weeks since the conclusion of Diwali festivities in Free Fire MAX, and Garena is back with more exciting news for Indian fans. In one of the recent announcement posts, the developers have confirmed the ‘Free Fire MAX x Pushpa 2: The Rule’ crossover. The post didn’t reveal any start date for the collaboration event, but players can expect it to commence around the release of Pushpa 2.

Free Fire MAX x Pushpa 2: The Rule Collaboration Might Bring Collectibles Like Emotes, Skins, & More
The teaser for the Pushpa 2 collaboration was quite short, but it did hint at the arrival of special edition melee to the game. The teaser also featured a silhouette of the titular ‘Pushpa’ character. Although nothing much was revealed, players can expect the new Free Fire MAX collab to bring themed weapon skins, emotes, gloo walls, and other cosmetics to the game. Furthermore, Garena can bring the Pushpa 2 rewards via a time-limited event, which might even cost diamonds.

For the uninitiated, Free Fire MAX players saw the release of ‘RRR’ Naatu Naatu and Rohit Sharma-themed emotes earlier this year. An emote based on Pushpa Raj’s trademark steps is likely to be a part of the upcoming partnership event. At the time of this writing, the release date has yet to be confirmed for Free Fire MAX x Pushpa 2 crossover. The movie is scheduled to release on December 5, 2024, and the FF MAX event can also go live during the same period.
Pushpa 2: The Rule is a sequel to Pushpa: The Rise, which came out in 2021 and became a nationwide phenomenon. The movie stars Telugu actor Allu Arjun as the titular character.
