New Characters, Weapons, Gameplay In Genshin Impact 4.4
As the maintenance period ends, players are entitled to Maintenance Compensation of 300 Primogems for five hours of server downtime. Make sure to claim this compensation before the conclusion of Version 4.4.

Here are all the details on the new content of Genshin Impact 4.4:
- New Areas in Liyue: Version 4.4 unveils new areas in Liyue, including Chenyu Vale: Upper Vale, Chenyu Vale: Southern Mountain, and Mt. Laixin.
- New System in Liyue – Rainjade Oblation: Fujin’s adeptal energy transforms into Spirit Carp scattered across Chenyu Vale. You’ll need to collect the energy within Spirit Carp, transfer it to the Votive Rainjade within Carp’s Rest, and unlock blessings in Chenyu Vale.
- New Characters:
- 5-Star Character “Passerine Herald” Xianyun (Anemo) with a Catalyst.
- 4-Star Character “Leonine Vanguard” Gaming (Pyro) wielding a Claymore.
- New Weapon: Crane’s Echoing Call, a 5-Star Catalyst.
- New Outfits:
- Ganyu: Twilight Blossom
- Shenhe: Frostflower Dew
- Xingqiu: Bamboo Rain
- New Main Story and Quests: Xianyun’s Story Quest – Grus Serena Chapter: Act I “A Thousand Moonlit Miles” becomes permanently available after the Genshin Impact 4.4 update. Also, there will be new World Quests like “Chenyu’s Blessings of Sunken Jade,” “The Cloud-Padded Path to the Chiwang Repose,” and many more.
- New Enemies: You’ll be able to encounter the elegant Solitary Suanni and the fierce Xuanwen Beast in the mountains of Chenyu Vale.
- New Functions and Features:
- Fast Equip Artifacts.
- “Borderless Mode” fullscreen option added in “Display Mode” under “Settings / Graphics” interface on PC.
- “Genius Invokation TCG” Gameplay Update:
- New Character Cards: Thoma, Sayu, Cryo Hypostasis, Millennial Pearl Seahorse, and corresponding Talent Cards.
- New Action Cards available for purchase from Prince at The Cat’s Tail.
- Spiral Abyss Updates:
- Floor 11 Ley Line Disorder changed to provide all characters with a 75% Anemo DMG Bonus.
- Updated monster lineup on Floors 11 – 12 of the Spiral Abyss.
