BGIS 2023 season is finally over, and the winners have been announced. Gladiators Esports has scripted history with a dominant performance throughout the Grand Finals stage to win the ₹75,00,000 first prize. Interestingly, Gladiators Esports reached the feat by consistently finishing in the higher spots and scoring ample Finishes without claiming any Chicken Dinner.

On the other hand, Big Brother Esports finished in second place with ₹ 37,50,000 prize, followed by Team X Spark, which finished third and won ₹ 25,00,000. For the unversed, the three-day Grand Finals event was nothing short of a sensation, as thousands of BGMI fans around India attended the Dome Arena in Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Indoor Stadium of Worli, Mumbai.
BGIS 2023 Grand Finals: Gladiators Esports Secure ₹75,00,000 Without Scoring A Single Chicken Dinner

Gladiators Esports’ players showed consistency throughout Battlegrounds Mobile India Series and focused on finishing last during the matches. Interestingly, the team carried the same strategy to the Grand Finals, where despite not earning a single Chicken Dinner across 18 matches, Gladiators was able to claim the first spot on the points table.
The Battlegrounds Mobile India Series 2023 winners finished 10 times in the Top 5 in 18 Grand Finals matches. Gladiators Esports’ performance on Day 3 of the Grand Finals was impeccable. Despite being unsuccessful in claiming a victory, they scored more than enough points than Big Brother Esports to finish in the first place.
For the unversed, Big Brother was still leading the points table at the end of Match 17. However, in the 18th match, Big Brother could not score any Finishes and got eliminated before the Gladiators. At the same time, Team X Spark bettered its position in the final match by acquiring the Chicken Dinner and snatching third place from Blind.

Apart from the teams, players also won prizes for their performance in Battlegrounds Mobile India Series 2023. Manya from Blind won the Best IGL, while Duke from GLITCHXREBORN was awarded The Rising Star award. Meanwhile, Big Brother Esports’ Saif won the MVP of Finals, while Gladiators Esports’ DeltaPG became the MVP of BGIS.
