Upon locating Cocona and initiating dialogue, players encounter the quest step “Complete Cocona’s Emo Dial.” You’ll need to prioritize finishing the primary narrative arc within Honkai Star Rail’s Penacony region. Keep an eye out for a message from Penacony Luxury Goods, which leads to the mission node “Envision a Rose Forthcoming.”
Next, you’ll need to head to the Golden Hour within Penacony and engage with Cocona at the designated location, marked by a blue quest indicator. Follow the subsequent quest directive to “Listen to what Clockie has to say.” This action unlocks the step “Cocona’s Emo Dial,” prompting players to insert one of the various Gear pieces found scattered across Penacony.
