The developer of Genshin Impact, HoYoverse has released a turn-based, free-to-play RPG called Honkai Star Rail. It has a similar striking art style, a large cast of characters to collect, and swappable parties of four. Following its release on April 26, 2023, for PCs and smartphones, the newest game is generating a lot of buzz in the gacha gaming community. Fans, however, have been speculating as to whether the game will be released on PlayStation consoles.
During the Summer Game Fest 2023, Honkai Star Rail Luka was teased as being playable and getting a PlayStation 5 port by the end of this year. Now there is an official announcement. The PS5 version of Honkai Star Rail will be released this October. So, get ready Trailblazers!
Honkai Star Rail PlayStation 5 (PS5) Release Date and Time
On April 26, 2023, Honkai Star Rail was initially made available on Windows, iOS, and Android. There is no information yet on the launch date for the PS4 port, but the aforementioned PS5 port is confirmed to arrive on October 11, 2023. HoYoverse has officially announced the details on Twitter.
Previously, Silver Wolf hinted at a PS5 port stating that:
“Coming for PlayStation 5 Q4, 2023”
