Aiming to provide a realistic experience, it enhances the textures of the character as well as the world, weather cycles, models, and fixes continuity errors. The author of the Reality Redemption mod is BadassBaboon, who originally designed it for Xbox 360, and later tuned it for PC. The list of enhancements in the Red Dead Redemption Reality Redemption mod includes:-

- Improved reflection quality and culling
- Improved draw distance for vegetation and the map
- Improved particles and particle count
- Improved debris variation and count

The mod also makes the AI more responsive, resulting in more challenging gunfights, and changes the camera behavior to suit that of Red Dead Redemption 2. BadassBaboon has promised to enhance other visual aspects such as rain effects, and weapon and environment sounds.

Follow the steps in this guide to install the Reality Redemption mod for Red Dead Redemption PC:-

- Scroll till you find the download options for PC. The mod is also available for Switch and Xbox.
