Ichi the Witch Chapter 4 Recap
Ichi and Desscaras finally reach the city of Natali, which is known for housing magic. The boy is captivated by all the women using magic, prompting Desscaras to explain how witches, witch apprentices, and normal women have different levels of magical aptitude. However, men did not have any magic and couldn’t even use magical items. Feeling captivated by a beautiful pair of boots that can help people with magical aptitude jump really high, Ichi wants to try them on.
However, Desscaras stops him because she doesn’t want people to know that he is the first male witch in the world. Suddenly, a letter falls from the sky, shocking everyone.
