*Yuji gets more support in the final fight against Sukuna.
Gege Akutami announced last week that Jujutsu Kaisen manga will end after 5 more chapters on September 29. Fans already knew that the final battle between Yuji and Sukuna was coming to a head soon. However, nobody expected the revival of a beloved character who was believed to be dead ever since the Shibuya Incident Arc. Her power proved to be useful against the King Of Curses in the final battle.
Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 267 Spoilers Begin With A Gojo And Yuta Flashback
The new spoilers, which have been revealed on X, start with showing Yuta Okkotsu and Satoru Gojo in a flashback. During their body-swap training, Yuta asks Gojo if he can have Sukuna’s final finger and feed it to Rika to copy the villain’s Shrine Cursed Technique. Gojo answers that even if the finger can fulfill Yuta’s Copy technique’s requirements, it cannot help him analyze Shrine’s information. Yuta agrees by saying that although he can use Cursed Speech now, he still needs Inumaki’s support with it. Gojo says that it might not be a good idea to lose their last connection with The King of Curses.
Yuta then explains to Gojo that his ‘Copy’ technique needs him to feed Rika a body part from the original CT user. But its effectiveness depends on whose technique he’s copying and how many times he will use it. To utilize a particularly powerful CT, he would need a pretty fatal body part from the subject and a Binding Vow to limit its uses. However, if the person grows back that body part with RCT, his CT’s requirements are not fulfilled and it becomes ineffective. For example, he used Inumaki’s arm and a part of Charles’ ribcage to copy their techniques. Mei inquires whether Yuta knows about Yuji and Sukuna’s ‘Resonance’ to which he says that he does. Yuta tells Yuji that his body is already engraved with Sukuna’s Shrine CT.
Nobara Makes A Surprise Appearance And Joins The Battle
Back to the present, Sukuna notices that Yuji is missing two fingers even though he has only used one to transfer himself to Megumi’s body. According to the spoilers, he finally catches on to Yuta’s bluff and realizes that he had used Yuji’s finger to copy Shrine. This means Sukuna’s own final finger is hidden somewhere else. The next panel shows Principal Gakuganji and Utahime standing in front of Sukuna’s sealed finger. The Principal asks if Sukuna’s finger can be penetrated by “that” technique since it’s a special grade Cursed Object. Utahime says that they can use Binding Vow to remove the technique’s goal of destroying the object itself. Then maybe “she” can only focus her ability’s effect on Sukuna. However, she is worried since “she” has only just woken up.
In the next panel of the spoilers, fans see the “she” Utahime and Gakuganji were referring to and it turns out to be Kugisaki Nobara. Mahito had fatally wounded her during the Shibuya Incident Arc and she was supposedly dead. Her return shocked the fans tremendously. Nobara uses her powerful Resonance CT on Sukuna’s finger. Back at the battlefield, Sukuna gets hit by the attack and recognizes that Naobara’s technique won’t allow him to open his Domain anymore. Yuji tears up when he also realizes that Nobara is alive and is supporting him. He immediately hits the villain with Soul Dismantle and continues to punch him. Sukuna hits back and thinks that Yuji is probably at his limit since he’s not using the Reverse Cursed Technique to heal his injuries anymore. However, he is surprised when the boy hits him with a Delayed Second Impact punch. The spoilers end with Yuji telling Sukuna that he will now put an end to this curse and hitting him with a Black Flash.
