The leaks for the upcoming chapter of Takeru Hokazono’s manga revealed the reappearance of a fan-favorite character. Although Chihiro attacks Samura after seeing Uruha’s dead body, he is no match for the powerful swordsman. The protagonist is declared dead as Samura locates the Hishaku sorcerers and meets up with them. Despite their temporary agreement, Samura intends to eradicate the Hishaku.
Kagurabachi Chapter 59 Spoilers Begin With Chihiro Confronting Samura
The protagonist is at a loss for words as he sees Uruha’s blood-soaked body lying on the ground beside Hakuri, who is also gravely wounded. At first, he doesn’t understand what happened but remembers what Hiruhiko had told him about the Tobimune user. Blinded by rage, Chihiro asks him why he is willing to hand the magical swords his father forged to an evil organization like the Hishaku. Although Samura tries to calm him down, he can sense Chihiro’s need for revenge. The protagonist attacks the blind swordmaster, who easily strikes him down.
Samura tells him that he can no longer let Chihiro continue this journey. But before he can take the Enten blade, Shiba appears and teleports Chihiro to the roof. Shiba demands to know what he’s doing, and Samura informs him that the Hishaku already knows the grave wrongs the Enchanted blade wielders have committed. Although he understands why Shiba has kept Chihiro in the dark, Samura wants to eradicate them as he can’t stand people calling them heroes anymore. As the boy passes out in Shiba’s lap, a narrator says that both Uruha and Chihiro are dead.
Samura Pays A Visit To The Hishaku Leader Yura
The narrative moves to Hiruhiko, who talks about how Chihiro vanished from before his eyes before they could end their fight. An unnamed Hishaku sorcerer heals Hiruhiko’s severed arms. He asks to hold the Kumeyuri blade but Yura tells him that someone is coming to meet them. We see Samura unleash the Owl power of the Tobimune blade, which manifests as a massive eye in the sky. He locates the evil sorcerers with it and asks Yura why they took another innocent life. The Hishaku leader tells him that everything is fine since they now have the ownership of two Enchanted blades.
The two start talking and we learn that Samura made a deal with the Hishaku right after they killed Kunishige Rokuhira. According to the deal, Samura will kill the Enchanted Swords’ contracted wielders. In exchange, Yura will give him information about all ten Hishaku members and reveal the person who betrayed Kamunabi and Kunishige. He also wants to know the locations of all the blades. Yura asks him why he killed Chihiro, and Samura says it’s because the boy could’ve put their operation at risk. After hearing this, Hiruhiko wants the Kumeyuri blade again as he wanted to face Chihiro one day.
Samura reminds everyone that after their deal is followed through, he will personally kill all the Hishaku sorcerers. The healer is scared about facing Samura one day. The blind swordsman tells Hiruhiko that although he isn’t at risk right now due to the Kumeyuri being locked away if he ever senses the blade again, he will kill the current wielder. Since the Kamunabi has changed all their plans and locations, Yura will need time to get the necessary information. We then see Chihiro again, as he finally opens his eyes in a bed. Samura promises to end everything within a week.
