Among the most popular customizations are those of Peter Quill, a.k.a. Star-Lord. The Guardians of the Galaxy character is a Duelist who can adapt to situations quickly. Aside from combat, his versatility extends to his outfit selection, as two Marvel Rivals Star Lord skins are currently available.
All Marvel Rivals Star Lord Skins & How To Get Them
Jovial Star is the only of the two Marvel Rivals Star Lord skins that can be obtained for free. Players can obtain the cosmetic inspired by the Legendary Star Lord comic by completing Heroic Journey Achievements in the shooter game. The Heroic Journey achievements involve completing tasks after teaming with specific characters, including Hulk, Doctor Strange, Black Panther, and Thor.
The Jovial Star Costume in Marvel Rivals is nothing fancy. It resembles the default costume, the only exception being that the outfit color changes from blue to red. Although it may not be the best of the Star Lord skins, the plus side is that it can be acquired by completing a few objectives.
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 Costume is the ultimate attire for Star Lord. Available in the Shop for 1600 Units, it depicts the superhero in his inspired blue-and-red leather suit while dual-wielding blasters. The attire has a cinematic look given that it is inspired by the namesake movie. Interestingly, the crest worn that could be seen on his chest is smaller compared to the other Marvel Rivals Star Lord skins.
The Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is part of a bundle that costs 1800 Units. It is a better option than purchasing the individual skin because the bundle includes an emote, spray, nameplate, and an MVP animation. The Shop also features a Guardians of the Galaxy bundle priced at 4500 Units that includes skins for Star Lord, Rocket Raccoon, Mantis, and adult Groot.
Akin to the Marvel Rivals Black Widow skins, only two Costumes are available for Star Lord but more could be added to the game in future updates.
