My Hero Academia Chapter 423 finally ends the long war against Shigaraki and All For One as we see both of them crumble away like dust with Deku’s final blow with the remaining embers of One For All.
The next chapter will deal with people, heroes, and the remaining villains all coming to terms with the war being over. We’ll see people rejoice and the healing of Japan and its residents begin. The injured will have to be taken to the hospital, the dead will have to be mourned and there are still people left to rescue.
